How activation works

  1. Switch on the e-bike.
  2. Connect it with a USB-C data cable to a Windows PC/laptop or Android smartphone.
  3. Open the activation link from the email in Chrome or Edge.
  4. Enter the license code including the hyphens.
  5. Choose the level and activate. Takes approx. 5 minutes.

Does it fit your vehicle?

With ABS: for technical reasons only level 1 (up to approx. 32 km/h). Level 2 with 45 km/h is not compatible with ABS.
Tip after activation: If the web tool already shows the higher speed but the bike still stops at 25 km/h, a limited riding profile is usually still active in the eBike Flow app. Adjust the maximum speed there and save.
